MEET THE BOARD
The OCS Board of Directors is comprised of seven labour representatives, seven management representatives, and seven government representatives. Director terms last for three (3) years and may be renewed upon expiration. The selection process is determined by the current Board of Directors.
The Board provides strategic guidance and oversight to ensure OCS fulfills its mission of delivering impartial research, strengthening labour-management relationships, and supporting the ICI construction industry. Board members bring diverse experience and expertise, helping shape policies, priorities, and initiatives that benefit industry stakeholders across Ontario.
