Darren is the Senior Legislative Advisor to the Director of Dispute Resolution Services at the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development.

He has worked at the Ministry since 2008, initially as a policy advisor, but has thrived in his current role since 2018. Appointed to the OCS Board of Directors in 2019, Darren is fond of the OCS’ role in terms of aligning labour and management to work together to create positive outcomes for the industry. Darren appreciates that his career has allowed him to work on improving labour relations processes and outcomes for workers/employers in the construction industry and beyond. When he’s not working,

Darren enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is especially fond of hiking, skiing, and playing soccer. In his downtime, Darren loves to watch movies and write his own short stories.
