Sandra is the Director of Dispute Resolution Services for the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development.

She has been active in administrative law, mediation, and dispute resolution for more than 20 years now. Sandra joined the OCS Board in 2023 and is also extremely engaged in her community, volunteering for a wide variety of organizations, with a general focus on youth and their career path. She’s a mentor to law students at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law and additionally volunteers with law students at Justice for Youth and Children to assist undocumented youth in achieving legal status in Canada.

Sandra was nominated for the Top 25 Most Influential Lawyer in 2023 and received a King’s Council designation as a leader in the field of law. Sandra lived in the United States for 18 years but says there is no other place like home than here in Toronto.
