Mary is the Assistant Deputy Minister of the Labour Relations Solutions Division at the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development.
As a senior Human Resources and Labour Relations executive, Mary is experienced in all areas of HR and is able to facilitate the development and implementation of human resource strategies to translate and execute business strategies. Mary has been on the OCS Board since 2022.
