Jodi currently works at the Electrical Contractors Association of Ontario (ECAO) as a Labour Relations Manager, a position she has held since 2015.

Prior to ECAO, Jodi worked in a variety of positions within the Ontario government for over 14 years, including the Ministry of Labour and the Ontario Energy Board, where she provided consultation to managers on matters concerning labour relations and human resources. Jodi joined the OCS Board in 2019, becoming its President in 2022, she is extremely excited about the OCS’ role in fostering collaboration between Labour, Management, Government, and Owner and is optimistic that through the efforts of the OCS, the unionized construction industry will quickly evolve and grow its market share moving forward. Jodi is an accomplished human resources professional who is fascinated by the labour relations aspects within it and has grown to love the construction industry and the people within it.

She currently resides in Dundas and loves to go for hikes along many different trails close to home.
